Standing With You

Starting Strong

Physical fitness and mental-readiness program preparing future enlistees for the demands of IDF service, while building the confidence and camaraderie many are missing going in.

With You

A dedicated mentorship program for young women in combat and combat-support roles, and a newly established parallel program for the men.

Someone Who’s Been There

Peer-mentorship program connecting new enlistees with someone who has walked a similar path.

The Recruit’s Toolkit

A personalized learning program that prepares future enlistees for the IDF, covering the knowledge and skills their curriculum did not.

Life’s Next Chapter

A structured transition program guiding participants from ten months before discharge through two years after, covering rights, education, and career planning, so no one navigates civilian life alone.

Belonging Built In

Many of the individuals we serve feel alone in their journey, so we build connection into every part of our work, from events and cohort meetups to WhatsApp groups that keep members in touch, during service and long after.
