What your contribution makes possible
Individual Support
One enlistee, one relationship, at a time
From the first hesitant conversation before enlistment, through mentorship during service, to a full discharge package covering rights, benefits, education, and employment, we stay with each person throughout. Guidance comes by phone, in person, and by message, and is backed by a growing range of programs.

Systemic Change
Fixing the structural gaps
While our staff coordinators work directly with individual enlistees, we also work to fix the structural gaps that make their service harder than it needs to be. That means advocating for policy change within the IDF and Ministry of Defense, on issues from commander training to how enlistees from ultra-Orthodox backgrounds are tracked and supported system-wide. It also means building a research base, since a challenge backed by real data is far easier to bring to policymakers than one told through personal stories alone.
Individual support changes one soldier’s experience; systemic change is how we make that experience better for everyone who comes after.
Social & Community
Recognition that lasts beyond service
Integration doesn’t end when a soldier finishes their service, and it doesn’t happen in isolation. We work to ensure that the individuals we support are publicly recognized for what they’ve taken on, often the first such recognition they’ve received from either side of the divide they’ve crossed. We also build a lasting community among the people we support, so that connection doesn’t end at discharge, but becomes an ongoing source of mentors, peers, and belonging.
