התכנית “אחד שיודע” של מתייצבים אל הדגל מחברת בינכם לבין כאלה שהיו בדיוק בתפקיד שאתם מחפשים, או שעברו תהליך דומה לכם, אנחנו יודעים שלפעמים שיחה אחת מדויקת, היא כל מה שצריך!
המנטורים בתכנית הם אנשים מתוך המערכת ומחוצה לה, שמכירים את הצבא, את אפשרויות הקידום ואת האתגרים הייחודיים שעומדים בפני חיילים וחיילות בוגרי החינוך החרדי. דרך שיחות אישיות וליווי לא פורמלי, הם מעניקים נקודת מבט, ידע וניסיון שעוזרים לקבל החלטות נכונות.
